The "BUAP Inclusion Network" (RI BUAP) was created as an independent organization within the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, constituted by a group of teachers and students concerned about the conditions of workers and students with disabilities within the institution. It arises due to the collection of educational needs that over time have not been adequately covered, therefore the RI BUAP is made up of students with disabilities and teachers committed to this population of students, who intend to promote a change in the thinking of the University community, which includes the governing and administrative student body of the institution, fostering an inclusive culture that allows to generate education, empathy, awareness and other values that define us as university students.

The RI BUAP aims to collect the multiple needs of teachers and students with disabilities and also be a spokesperson for proposals that improve the quality of education in this sector of the university community. It is necessary to mention that the university has about 90000 enrolled students divided into different modalities and levels, therefore, it is necessary to have policies that prevent the arrival of people with special needs.
